- What is included in the trial?
- Team, Business and Team for verified factories start with a 7-day free trial. During the trial you can check up to 200 supplier names in bulk checks, export 100 rows and reveal 25 contact details. The limits end when your paid plan starts. A company email needs no card; Gmail and other consumer addresses need a card.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and annual plans simply do not renew.
- What counts as a watched supplier?
- A company on your watchlist. We check its certificates after every registry sync and alert you before one expires, when it lapses and when it is renewed. Removing a company frees the slot.
- How many name searches can I run?
- Without an account, 10 a day. On Free, 30 a day. Factory Pro buying, 100 a day. Team and above: unlimited. Limits reset at midnight UTC. Company profiles, certification pages and supplier lists are never counted.
- What is a seat?
- One named person who signs in to your team’s workspace. Watchlists, notes and saved searches are shared within the workspace.
- Can a factory also buy through Integrity Thread?
- Yes, from the same login and company. Factory Pro includes upstream monitoring of your own suppliers (yarn, fabric, dyeing, trims), which GOTS requires and many buyers expect. Verified factories get 25% off Team. Buying never changes your search ranking.
- Do factories pay for a better ranking?
- No. Search ranking is the same for every company and is never for sale. Results are ordered by relevance to the search, or by the sort the buyer chooses.
- Do you sell buyer data?
- No. We never sell or share buyer data, and buyers stay anonymous to factories until they choose to reveal who they are.
