1. Who we are
Integrity Thread (“we”, “us”) is a product of NOVOTECHY LLC, a Florida limited liability company (Florida document number L26000520485), 10861 Sakonnet River Drive, Unit 204, Tampa, FL 33615, USA. Contact: info@integritythread.com.
These terms apply to everyone who visits the website or uses an account. By using the site you accept them. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company.
Integrity Thread is a business-to-business service, intended for people acting for their trade, business or profession. Where these terms mention rights of consumers, they apply only if you use the site as a consumer.
2. What the service is
Integrity Thread is a directory of textile, apparel and building-sector companies that appear in the public registries of GOTS, OEKO-TEX®, WRAP and LEED (USGBC). We collect, normalise and link those records so buyers can search, verify, compare and monitor suppliers.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for GOTS, OEKO-TEX®, WRAP or USGBC. Their names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to describe the certifications a company holds.
3. Registry data and its limits
Certification data comes from the public registries and is refreshed periodically. The date of the last sync is shown on the site. A certificate can be issued, suspended, withdrawn or expire between syncs.
Only GOTS and WRAP publish expiry dates. OEKO-TEX® and LEED records are shown as “Certified” because the registries publish no expiry.
The Coverage Score is a proprietary informational metric developed by Integrity Thread. It is not a certification, accreditation, audit result, endorsement, risk assessment, legal opinion or compliance determination.
Certification information is obtained from sources believed reliable, but responsibility for certification status remains with the issuing certification body.
Information marked “Provided by the company” comes from the company itself and has not been verified by us unless stated.
Always confirm a certificate with the issuing body before relying on it for a purchasing, legal or compliance decision. The site is an information tool, not a substitute for your own due diligence.
3A. No Professional Advice
Integrity Thread is not a law firm, certification body, auditing firm, procurement consultancy, sustainability consultancy, investment adviser or professional services provider.
All information provided through the Service is made available solely for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as legal, compliance, procurement, sustainability, financial, investment or professional advice.
Users remain solely responsible for conducting their own independent due diligence before entering into business relationships or making sourcing decisions.
4. Accounts
Some features need an account. Keep your sign-in details confidential and tell us at once if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
By creating an account, you consent to receive notices, disclosures and other communications electronically, including by email or through the Service.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- scrape, bulk-download or systematically extract the directory, except through features or APIs we provide for that purpose and within their limits;
- resell, republish or build a competing database from our data;
- use contact details to send unsolicited bulk messages, or for any purpose other than a genuine business enquiry;
- try to unmask, reconstruct or obtain contact details that the site hides;
- impersonate a company, claim a profile you do not represent, or submit false information;
- interfere with the site’s security or operation, or use it in breach of any law, including sanctions and export-control laws.
You represent and warrant that neither you nor any company you represent is subject to sanctions, export restrictions or trade prohibitions administered by the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, United Nations or any other applicable governmental authority.
5A. API Access and Automated Use
Where APIs, exports or automated access methods are made available, their use is subject to any technical restrictions, rate limits and documentation published by Integrity Thread.
We may suspend or restrict automated access where necessary to protect platform stability, performance, security or compliance with applicable law.
6. Plans and payment
Plans are offered to businesses only. The plans for buyers (Free, Team, Business, Enterprise) and for claimed factories (Factory Free, Factory Pro), what each includes and their prices are described on the Pricing page. Until paid plans launch, all features are free to use.
The price, any VAT or similar tax that applies in your country, the billing period and the renewal terms are shown before you subscribe.
Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans renew every year, until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not charge for the next period.
Any change to the price or content of a running plan is announced in advance, and you may cancel before it applies.
No plan, payment or other arrangement buys a better position in search results. Ranking is the same for every company, including factories on Factory Pro and factories that also buy through the service.
A claimed factory can also buy from the same account. “Team for verified factories” is Team at 25% off and needs an approved claim of that company (“Verified owner”). If the verification is withdrawn, the discount ends at the next renewal and the plan renews at the normal Team price, unless you cancel before then.
If, despite the above, you buy a plan as a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. If you ask us to start the service during that period, you will pay for the part already provided.
7. Company profiles and claims
A company may claim its profile once we have verified that the claimant represents it (for example through a company-domain email address, a matching registry certificate number, or documents we review). Claimed profiles carry a “Verified owner” mark. Registry data on a profile cannot be edited by the company; it changes only when the registry changes.
8. Reviews, messages and other user content
Reviews and on-platform messages are governed by the Review & Messaging Policy, which forms part of these terms. It also explains how we moderate content, how to report illegal content, and how to appeal our decisions.
You keep ownership of the content you post, and give us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display and moderate it on the site for as long as it is published.
9. How search results are ordered
When you search with words, results are ordered by how well they match your search, then by number of certificates. Without search words, they are ordered by number of certificates. You can change the order, for example to sort by coverage score. No company can pay for a higher position.
10. Intellectual property
The site, its software, design, scoring method and the compilation of the directory belong to NOVOTECHY LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the site for your own business purposes under these terms.
Integrity Thread and associated logos, marks, designs and branding are trademarks or trade dress of NOVOTECHY LLC unless otherwise indicated.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOVOTECHY LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND REPRESENTATIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AVAILABILITY AND RELIABILITY.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- (a) the Service will always be available or error-free;
- (b) registry data will always be complete, current or accurate;
- (c) certification information will always reflect a current certification status; or
- (d) any company profile, review, message or user-submitted content is suitable for any particular purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- (a) NOVOTECHY LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages;
- (b) NOVOTECHY LLC shall not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, goodwill, anticipated savings or loss of data;
- (c) NOVOTECHY LLC shall not be liable for decisions made in reliance upon registry information, certification status, Coverage Scores, reviews, supplier profiles, user submissions or other content made available through the Service;
- (d) NOVOTECHY LLC's total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed: (i) the total fees actually paid and received by NOVOTECHY LLC during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (ii) USD $100 if no fees were paid.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability which cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes, Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access immediately where reasonably necessary to:
- (a) prevent fraud;
- (b) investigate abuse or misconduct;
- (c) address security incidents;
- (d) protect users or third parties;
- (e) comply with legal obligations; or
- (f) reduce legal or regulatory risk.
Material changes to these Terms will be announced at least 30 days before taking effect.
14. Force Majeure
NOVOTECHY LLC shall not be liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including internet failures, cloud-provider outages, cyberattacks, labour disputes, acts or omissions of governmental authorities, sanctions, war, natural disasters or other force majeure events.
15. Survival
Any provision that by its nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including intellectual property provisions, payment obligations, sanctions representations, dispute resolution provisions, limitations of liability and indemnification obligations.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding conflict of law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and each party submits to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
17. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless NOVOTECHY LLC and its officers, directors, employees and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising from:
- (a) your use of the Service;
- (b) your breach of these Terms;
- (c) content you submit;
- (d) your violation of applicable law; or
- (e) infringement of the rights of a third party.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Review & Messaging Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NOVOTECHY LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating to the Service.

21. Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of NOVOTECHY LLC.
